The set arrived in good condition, though it took 6 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long. The matcha itself is excellent; very fresh and smooth when prepared. The bamboo chasen works perfectly for frothing. I had a quick question about storage, and customer service responded to my email within a day, which was helpful. Overall, a solid product and decent experience, but shipping could be a touch faster.

I bought the Latte Grade Matcha after hearing good things. The powder mixes really well, no clumps, and it makes a fantastic latte with oat milk. The flavor is robust but not bitter at all, which is what I look for. It shipped out promptly, and I got it in about 4 days. The price seemed fair for organic matcha. I did notice the packaging for the powder was a simple resealable bag; it would be nice if it came in a sturdier tin or jar to keep it super fresh longer after opening, but that's a minor point. Will probably buy again when I run out.
